The Atheist Christmas Special 12-21-09

http://www.vimeo.com/8342134

Hosted by Jake, Dave, and Chris.

The telephone switch board lit up with holiday hostility.  After a 30 min discussion on the history of Christmas, we take open calls.  They are very entertaining.

Santa Clause and Uncle Ducky’s make a brief appearance!

Chad and Katie add to the discussion on what Christmas means to non-religious people.

We end with a slide show of FreeThought Fort Wayne and Campus Atheists and Agnostics of IPFW activities!  What a year.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!

Special thanks to all our volunteers: Kristine  (came in even on her day off!) Anna,Paul, Jake, Dave, Chris, Chad, Katie, Andy W, Sandie, and Eldon.

Lets never have more than two people taking calls ever again.

Agree with you Tony. We should have had a designated person to answer the phone caller. It got kind of muddled.
Other than that what were your thoughts on the show?

Call in section aside, I liked the opening part. There were one or two instances where my “citation needed” flag went up but, overall, it was good. Really liked Katie’s thing at the end, and was sad Chad didn’t get to whatever he wanted to say.
