Where: Firefly Coffee House, 3523 North Anthony Blvd.
When: Sun. July 12, 2009; 10 am – 12 pm
FFW’s Sunday Coffee Klatch is just a relaxed, informal meet-up for the group to enjoy some fine coffee, good conversation and a little bit of camaraderie. There’s no need to be a member of FFW either. Anyone who fancies spending their Sunday morning shooting the breeze with a bunch of friendly, caffeine-buzzed, godless heathens is welcome.
There’s no set topic for discussion, but if you have a recent article or item in the news that you’d like to discuss just mention it in comments with a link so we can all check it out ahead of time.

Hey – I know this doesn’t have anthing to do with free thought or atheism, but does everyone know that Michael Jackson died ?
I’ve been scanning the internet and television for any kind of news on Michael, but I can’t find a damn thing !
Just wanted to give everyone a “heads up” on this, as I feel this is really important info.
I nominate Michael Jackson be the topic of conversation for the Sunday Coffee Klatch. Vaguely I remember hearing somewhere that Michael was all set to put on an acoustic show at the Firefly next year, but now its since been tanked.

Andy, they’re talking about the famed British beer and whiskey connoisseur. Author of such books as Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide. He sadly died in 2007 and is dearly missed.
